Stephen Muhota

founder & President

Stephen Muhota grew up from a very humble beginning. Following his father's early death through Leukemia, circumstances forced him at age 7 to go live with his alcoholic uncle 400 miles away from his mother and siblings. For the next seven year, Stephen lived as a virtual orphan, tending his uncle's sheep and sleeping at the sheep pen.

Nonetheless, God was with Stephen and miraculously, Stephen is today a holder of the following:

  1. BS degree (Plant Mechanics) from Kenya Technical University, Kenya

  2. Bachelor of Biblical Literature from Ozark Christian College, Missouri, US.

  3. Bachelor of Christian Ministry from Ozark Christian College, Missouri, US

  4. Master of Divinity degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri, US.

In 1999, Stephen answered God's call to ministry, left his secular job and planted an independent, non-denominational church--Trinity Worship Tabernacle in Nakuru, Kenya, the church wherein he is the senior Pastor. While undertaking his theological studies, Stephen’s passion to help orphaned kids led him to launch CrossPower Agape Ministry in 2007.

Upon his return from his theological studies in the States in 2014, Stephen, under God's direction founded Real Men Ministry (RMM), a platform he is using to call men back to God and to their God-ordained roles and responsibilities as males.

Stephen is also the author of two books—”Trials into Triumph” and “Man in Communion.”

Stephen married the love of his life, Joy in Dec. 1986. They have grown children and are enjoying the blessing of grandkids. They now live in Nakuru, Kenya.
